Archetypes

The next 11 days I'll be out of the country. Left the house and the kitties with Meghan who a great cat/house sitter. Thank you Meghan!

Goal Matrix

The goal matrix is designed to assist you in fulfilling your goals and bring them fully into manifestation. The goal matrix was given to me by my friend, Diane Chamness, Chamness Consulting in Milwaukee WI.

Step One: Write down your intentions. Make your goals detailed, specific and in present time.

This is your opportunity to dream and create your future. Make sure that your heart has a voice and a vote, not just your head. Add specific details – sensory items, sight, smell, and touch. See yourself having accomplished all your goals.

Write your goals in present time, rather than past or future. Reread and rewrite to ascertain that it is positive and exactly what you desire.

Use positive phrases such as I have, versus I’m going to or I want.

Step Two: Write down 5-10 specific goals that support your intentions.

Setting your goals is vital to the process of manifesting the life you desire. Specific goals allow you to clarify your intentions. We always get the results of our intentions.

Step Three: List what would stop you from achieving your goals.

Be honest with yourself on this one. What would stop you? If you say nothing – then you want to go back and reexamine the last time you gave up on yourself. If you’re not sure, then ask a good friend, one who knows you and loves you enough to speak the truth.

Step Four: What actions do I need to take to achieve my goals?

This is the time you put effort behind the dreaming. The clearer you are on what action needs to be taken the quicker your goals will be completed. Telling yourself, “I don’t know what to do –” is the Shadow Child chattering away. Break it down to one, two, or three

Celebrate success every day at every turn of your journey.
