2012 is the year of the Alchemist Archetype.

Perhaps you've already experienced radical changes, unpredictability, and instability in your life.

This is the year to take charge of your own life and empower yourself to a happier, more fulfilling outcome - personally and professionally.

Altering your perception of change lessens your resistance to new circumstances and helps you to resolve many issues. The key is to open your mind and look upon change as an opportunity, rather than a frightening challenge.

For those of you who have recently suffered job loss or if you have been unemployed for much longer than you expected, think about how the past few years have brought extreme changes not just to you and your families, but in the way our whole country functions.

Looking back on what we thought of as the 'good old days' actually blocks us from seeing what new opportunities might be just around the bend. While the job market will continue to be erratic, 2012 also will bring with it new prospects.

If are willing to put aside your fear of change and you can open yourself to new solutions.

Intention

Tap the power of your intention. It sounds almost too simple, I know, but if your intentions are scattered, you can expect everything around you to be tumultuous.

Begin by printing  the Goal Matrix in the right-hand column. It will help you clearly define your goals and dreams for 2012. Concentrating on your intentions will create positive results.  

Post your goals/intentions in a strong, positive affirmation and refer to them daily.
